As a therapist I believe in the healing power of relationships. It is only through being truly seen, heard and respected by another that we can we come to truly know ourselves. Bring your weird, wild and wonderful self to the therapy room. I want to hear your story, I want to know what impacts your thoughts and feelings and lifestyle, and how your history contributes to your experiences. Together we’ll explore your story to better understand and rebuild your relationship with yourself and others and help you find the healing and growth that you are seeking. Let’s work together if your struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, social skills or self-esteem or just going thru a life transition. If you struggle with neurodiversity, I love people whose brains work differently. Self Harm? I'm not a black and white thinker, I believe recovery is individualized. If your a teen trying to figure out who the heck you are, what you are doing or where you are going. LGBTQIA+ I strive for equality through advocacy. Different ways of doing therapy and thinking outside the box. If your looking to end the war with your body, get your energy back and start living again. What makes me human is my love of a good cup of coffee at the start of my day, learning to let go of my insecurities, my struggle to find work/life balance while trying to change the world and endless day dreaming of all the wonderful place in this world I want to visit. |

Testimonials'
“Teenya Creswell has been a tremendous help in my life. Not only has she helped me in my darkest hours, but has been someone that has guided me. With her knowledge, I was able to cope with my trauma and also understand myself on a deeper level. I use these same mechanisms today and not only has it improved my quality of life but it has opened my mind. She is very knowledgeable on nutrition and the effect that it can have on mental health. She’s recommended me a plethora of ways I can improve my life and I’ve seen how it has improved my cognitive function, mood, and temperament. She has helped me with so much and I will always be grateful for her. If you are searching for a therapist who will take the time and effort to holistically review your life, she is a wonderful therapist for you.”
